Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused Customer Service & Logistics Processor to join our fast-paced operations team. This role will combine first-class customer service with efficient logistics processing, ensuring orders are handled accurately from start to finish. You will be the link between our customers, production team, and courier networks, making sure products are dispatched on time with all correct documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries.
· Process customer orders accurately using Sage and other internal systems.
· Book shipments via online courier portals and manage the Pallet Network for deliveries.
· Send order confirmations to customers and advise them of any changes to their orders or delivery schedules.
· Liaise directly with the production team to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
· Prepare export documentation, including export declarations, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
· Coordinate logistics for both domestic and international shipments.
· Work across multiple systems to manage bookings and track deliveries.
· Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping for all orders and shipments.
· Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
