Description

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing freight quotes to sales representatives and coordinating shipment pickups. This role also will be responsible for order entry. This role requires strong computer skills, phone communication, and the ability to perform a variety of customer service tasks, including order tracking, data entry, and general office support. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced role. While experience in logistics and customer service is preferred, it is not required. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities * Facilitating shipping and freight quotes, analyzing costs, and arranging shipment pickups - Domestic & International * Updating and maintaining databases, order related documents, and logging accurate shipping weights and dimensions of all products * Troubleshooting delivery issues with freight companies * Assisting with freight claims, order entry, invoicing and maintaining order backlog * Answering calls and assisting walk-in customers * Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone voice * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing * Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods of activity * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/duties * Previous logistics or customer service experience preferred but not required Benefits * Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.
