We are recruiting staff for a speciality café with a distinctly European / Greek vibe.
At Loukoumania, we recognize the importance of offering first-rate customer service by always presenting a warm, understanding, and professional image to customers. New employees must be dependable, passionate, motivated, on time and able to work well in a team environment. Having a great smile and using it often is definitely an asset. Additionally, you must comprehend the importance of what customer service is all about. Although not required, prior cashier and barista experience is advantageous. The chosen candidates will receive training for all stations, which include cashier, Barista and counter service.

Main responsibilities would include, yet not limited to:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Providing answers to questions about our products
• Taking orders efficiently and ensuring accuracy
• Taking payments
• Preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment

Experience:
