In the course of internationalization into the English-speaking market (United States), ideally beginning as of 01.10.25 we are looking for: Employee Customer Service / Customer Support (m/f/d)

• Work in the customer service area: careful processing of primarily telephone and written customer enquiries in english
• Ensure customer satisfaction, service orientation, quality and efficiency
• Deal with objections and solution-oriented processing of complaints
• Data management and maintenance
• Stocking and processing orders
• Support the head of department in day-to-day business
• Liaison function between customers and internal departments
