  Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Customer Service Manager. Summary  Oversees and manages all facets of the Customer Service Department. Directs and coordinates customer service activities as well as billing and receptionist duties by performing the following duties.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews customer requests for service and coordinates department actions. Determines staff hours and workloads for departmental personnel.  Manages the printing and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly batches and reports Keeps records of work hours and vacation/sick hours used by departmental employees. Changes dates and tapes for overnight backup. Prepares and coordinates same-day deliveries to Spring Street. Distributes month-end reports to suppliers. Processes the "charge backs" to on-premise division samples. Orders supplies and manages supply inventories. Other duties as assigned by the State President.   Supervisory Responsibilities   Directly supervises teammates in the Customer Service Department.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; two to four years related experience in the field and in a supervisory position required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
