Do you have a background in leading teams in the automotive sector? Perhaps you are a Service or Customer Service Manager looking for your next step?
Acting as the first point of escalation for customer complaints, you’ll ensure timely and effective resolution, keeping customers happy.
You’ll get to implement new customer service processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction, drive customer loyalty.
You will oversee the invoicing processes to ensure accuracy, reduce queries, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
Additionally, you will provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to the team, manage service bookings, and ensure health and safety policies are maintained on site. Flexibility to cover service roles as needed is expected.
