What to expect

• Customer support and ensuring a smooth, on-time order processing – from order verification to shipping including invoicing.
• Processing and coordination of sales, sample and development orders
• Monitoring of deadlines, availability, order items and inventory
• Coordination of print data, customer-provided materials and order documents
• Master data maintenance, documentation and maintenance of order data in the ERP system
• Processing of order confirmations as well as shipping and customs documents
• Handling complaints and returns and process optimization

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with professional experience in customer service
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style

• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
