Requirements What We're Looking For: Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills · Minimum two years' supervisory experience in customer-facing environments · Proven ability to identify, hire, and develop talented team members · Flexible with schedule; able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays · Skilled at handling pressure and multitasking in a fast-paced setting Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. Ability to climb ladders, when needed to retrieve stock. Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.
