As our team grows, we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service Representatives and ensure that every customer experience reflects our commitment to excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Ensure customers get fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Jump in and assist with customer calls or orders when needed.
• Coach and develop your team with regular feedback and growth opportunities.
• Work with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to solve problems and improve processes.
• Drive efficiency and collaboration while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
