Description Hartung Glass Industries is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Dallas customer service team. This role is responsible for overseeing CSR operations, managing customer order flow, supporting production coordination, and driving service excellence within a fast-paced glass fabrication environment. This is not an entry-level customer service role. We are looking for someone who understands glass fabrication, thrives in operational environments, and can lead a team while balancing customer expectations, production timelines, and business priorities. Basically, someone capable of surviving the beautiful chaos humans create when custom glass, scheduling, and deadlines collide. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage Customer Service Representatives (CSR team) Oversee order entry, scheduling coordination, and customer communication Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines Partner closely with production, logistics, and sales teams Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently Monitor workflow and maintain accountability within the department Train, mentor, and develop CSR personnel Improve processes that support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Maintain strong knowledge of fabricated glass products and capabilities Requirements What We’re Looking For: Previous leadership experience managing customer service or order management teams Strong knowledge of glass fabrication products and processes Experience within the architectural glass, glazing, manufacturing, or fabrication industry strongly preferred Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and production requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Experience handling high-volume orders and customer accounts Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Office Why Hartung Glass?
