Responsibilities

ROLE:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the operational nerve center of our business – from retailer orders and inventory management to invoicing and logistics coordination.
You’ll be working directly with the Founder and core leadership team, managing relationships with major national retailers (Loblaws, Sobeys), distribution partners, third-party warehouses, and transportation providers across Canada. This isn’t a support desk job – it’s a high-responsibility customer service operations role built for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to take ownership.
This role reports directly to the Founder/CEO and works closely with the Director of Operations, on day-to-day execution and logistics.
