Experienced Customer Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Customer Service Manager to join our team at Fresh & Save Deagon.

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing our front‑end team and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Customer Service department.

Full Time – 38 Hours (Tuesday–Saturday)

GRIA – Level 5

About the Role

As Customer Service Manager, you will:

- Lead, support and develop the Customer Service team, providing clear direction and maintaining high performance standards

- Create a strong customer‑first culture and ensure consistently high levels of service

- Manage customer enquiries and complaints confidently and effectively

- Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the front end, including checkouts, Customer Service desk and trolley availability

- Train and support team members across POS processes, cash handling, refunds and customer service standards
