OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee a team of customer service agents and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
