MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER INCLUDE:

  • At least 2 years of direct management experience at a fast paced restaurant.
  • Must be able to work nights & weekends
  • Must be able to demonstrate a successful history of sales improvement and cost containment
  • Must work well in an entertainment atmosphere with young employees and young customers.
  • Must have great organizational skills.
  • Understands that we are in the entertainment business and our job is to create memorable experiences for every customer

Responsibilities
  • Recruits, hires, trains, counsels, terminates all employees in his/her department.
  • Is part of opening and closing management staff and depending on training and seniority he/she may assume GM duties when GM is absent. When he/she has consistently run an efficient kitchen he/she is trained in other Function Areas to also become a potential manager for a GM position.
  • Insures that standards of quality, service and image are met.
  • Insures good cash handling procedures.
  • Understands, monitors, and insures compliance with local health ordinances and company policy.
  • Insures employee compliance with all safety programs.
  • Submits payroll and maintains payroll records on file as well as in P.O.S. system as delegated by the GM.
