Our Company which we are recruiting for, which is part of a group of Companies (Find UK Property, Rent UK Property & Sell UK Property), have been operating for just over 10 years now.

WHAT WE DO

We offer a fully client based serviced approach to investing in properties. We acquire properties from the open market, renovate them to a set standard and specification, pass them onto our lettings department for maintenance and management and we resell to investors
We have our Property Surveying Department, Renovations Department, Lettings & Maintenance Department, Legal Department and relevant Sales & Marketing Departments etc. We do everything in-company. We are expanding and are looking for new recruits – we have recently moved to a brand new fully refurbished larger office as a result of this expansion.
Due to our success, we have recently been featured on the popular BBC TV Show Homes Under the Hammer numerous times The BBC really liked our model and featured Our Company in TWO further episodes!

KEY EXPERIENCE

• Team Manager experience
• Experience of Northwest property market and tenants is key
• Dealing with tenants who are either on benefits or universal credit
• Must have excellent IT skills
• ARLA qualifications would be beneficial

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to be responsible for the day to day running of our lettings department. In this key role you will assist the Head of Lettings and be responsible for the supervision of the responsive operational activities associated within the lettings and collections department.

KEY DUTIES

• Manage staff (sickness, holidays, ensuring HR procedures followed and staffing issues etc.)
• Manage a team
• Meet Lettings monthly targets.
• Manage the legal, solicitor and council cases.
• Mange the collections team and meet monthly targets
• Carry out regular one to ones with staff
• Motivate, coach and train staff as well as supporting them in their daily tasks
• Ensure resources are being utilised efficiently (resource management)
• Ensure the department provides high levels of customer service
• Responsibility for all letting’s activities (marketing, enquiries, viewings, inventories, sign ups,
• TDS paperwork, post tenancy actions etc.)
• All legal compliance tasks are adhered to
• Regular quality checks to ensuring all works are carried out to the required standard and all protocols and procedures are followed
• Core departmental targets are met
• Reporting on key statistics and figures in preparation for management meetings
• Any other administrative duties/projects required as per business needs
