We are currently seeking a talented: Customer Service Manager (with Sales Focus) We believe you will: Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service; Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve problems and ensure on-time delivery; Ensure timely and effective claim and demurrage management; Analize customer KPI and identify opportunities for improvement. What We’re Looking For: At least one year of experience in customer service; Fluent in English and Russian (written and oral); Strong negotiation skills; Quick orientation and good time planning and management skills; Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility; Fluent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team; Ability to successfully manage a large amount of information at one time. We offer: Monthly salary ranges from 1770 EUR to 2210 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
