Description Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Production Operations Be the connection that keeps production moving. As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to link between customers, sales, and production—ensuring orders are accurate, schedules stay on track, and customers stay informed. You will help identify product issues and work with customers to provide solutions or replacement parts. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems Organized with ability to prioritize tasks Problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
