These are your tasks as a service employee (m/f/d):

• They are the first point of contact for our customers.
• They support our customers in all service-related matters.
• They provide empathetic information and advice on topics such as accounts, payment transactions, and online banking.
• They identify the needs of our customers, actively address them, and, if necessary, refer them to our customer advisors.

This is what we expect from you:

• You have successfully completed banking training or have many years of experience in banking (ideally you have already gained experience in a cooperative bank)
• As a service employee, you possess interpersonal skills, empathy, and a compassionate approach.
• They possess a good sense for customer needs as well as friendly, service-oriented communication skills, coupled with high motivation and diligence.
