JOB OVERVIEW

Customer Services
Oakhouse Foods are one of the leading providers of quality frozen meals and groceries to the older generation with weekly deliveries throughout East Anglia.
This is a varied role within a small team and primarily involves talking to regular customers by phone, taking and processing their orders but also undertaking a variety of other office tasks. No cold calling is involved.
Ideally you should have some experience of telesales, be of a cheerful disposition, IT literate and comfortable working with the elderly. Full training will be given although some knowledge of managing databases would be useful.
£12.21 per hour. 9 am-5 pm Monday to Friday.
