ORDER MANAGEMENT

  • Receive and process customer purchase orders.
  • Confirm order details (pricing, availability, delivery time).
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics to meet customer deadlines.
  • Update customers regularly on order status and any delays or changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a production, logistics, or administrative support role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • QuickBooks Experience a Plus
