POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service/Office Administrator to join our team. Based out of our Kelowna office, this role supports both customer service functions and general office administration. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience in the construction industry and/or administrative support is considered a strong asset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Google Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems and fast-paced office environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain detail-oriented under pressure
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle sensitive information professionally

Responsibilities

Customer Service Duties

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients or provide updates
  • Set up new sites and client details in the company database (CRM)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-through

Office Administration Duties

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage email correspondence
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
  • Handle data entry, filing, and general record keeping
  • Assist with coordinating external vendors and service providers
  • Support day-to-day office functions and contribute to a clean and tidy workspace
  • Take on special projects or other administrative duties as needed
