THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career! We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in the Thebarton concrete order office on a fixed term contract. Join a company that supports and celebrates their employees. As the Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in helping to achieve sales of orders delivered in full, on time, across the Adelaide concrete market while at all times delivering great customer service.
This is a fixed term, full time position working on a rotation between 6am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and a half day every second Saturday.
Thebarton, SA concrete order office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a high level of customer service over the phone
  • Answer excess of a 100 customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer orders & processing quotes
  • Assist the allocation team to achieve OTIF deliveries
  • Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
