THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our team on a permanent basis at two of our AMA Locations

  • AMA Collision Phillip (1 position)
  • Gemini Mitchell (1 position)

As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team and managers with administrative duties while keeping our customers updated about their vehicle repairs. Training will be provided.

  • Permanent Position
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Training provided
Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival and assist with inquiries
  • Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the AMA experience
  • Manage phone and email correspondence
  • Support management with inventory control (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
