Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Customer Service Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing our chat and booking operations, ensuring fast response times, high booking conversion, and flawless client satisfaction. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily performance, coach the CS team, and ensure every customer touchpoint reflects Nooora’s luxury service standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Precisely manage and optimize appointment schedules, confirming bookings.
  • Handling cancellations and making adjustments to ensure efficient use of salon resources
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests received via email, messaging apps, and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service histories, and preferences in our salon management software.5. Assist the team with inventory requirements.
