The Opportunity Distribution, Australian Steel Products is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our customer service team based in Kewdale WA. The Distribution business covers reputable brands such as Orrcon Steel Distribution, BlueScope Distribution and Metalcorp. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer who is passionate about delivering great service and eager to learn and grow. You don’t need to come from a specific industry. What’s most important is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine desire to help customers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will ensure exceptional customer service in each interaction. Working within a friendly and inclusive team you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. Your can-do attitude will be on full display as you take new orders and quotations, providing product and pricing advice and manage a variety of day-to-day enquiries. You will have access to various health and well-being initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and on-going learning, support and training. What Will You Do?
