Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Customer Service Officer at our Bookings Centre on a full-time basis.
The Customer Service Officer - Bookings Centre is responsible for booking patient appointments via phone and electronic methods.
As the first point of contact, this role is primarily responsible for attending to patient booking requests in an efficient and responsive manner. The role will deliver exceptional patient care and customer service, ensuring a values-driven, empathetic, and confidential approach to both patients and referring doctors.
