JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the proper maintenance of facilities within the bowling center.
  • Manage cashiering duties during operating hours and reconcile daily payment balances.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, including members, guests, and the public, to maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with established game rules during bowling leagues and competitions.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of bowlers achievements, including handicaps, league results, competition results, and championship outcomes.
  • Support the supervisor in monitoring and maintaining adequate stock levels of equipment, stationery, and other operational needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, event organization, and billing for corporate events, and prepare monthly operational reports.
