CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education or above, with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong command of Cantonese and English (spoken and written); Mandarin an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Responsible, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible to work 5–6 days per week on a rota basis (Monday-Sunday)
