ABOUT THE JOB

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking full-time Customer Service Officer - Car Park to join our Sydney Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Full training provided – no experience necessary!

Primary tasks include:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the car park area during pick-up and return.
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles during pick-up and return.
  • Report vehicle damage, discrepancies and fuel level data
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure vehicles are parked, cleaned, and ready for customer pick-up.
  • Audit vehicles for cleanliness and safety - ensuring vehicles are always rented out in pristine condition
