About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales consultant to join our team. This role involves working directly with clients, showcasing our premium tableware and decor products, and supporting both B2B and retail operations in a dynamic and growing market.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide excellent support and assistance to clients to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury product range and assist clients in making informed decisions.
Sales Management: Handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth client communication.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and product launches to better serve client needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, retail, or the HoReCa industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in English (required); additional language skills in Arabic are an advantage.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Familiarity with the Dubai hospitality market is a plus.

What We Offer

The position offers a guaranteed basic salary of AED 6,000 per month, plus performance-based commission. The average total monthly earnings (basic salary + commission) are approximately AED 15,000 and above, depending on individual performance.
