Job Title: Customer Service (Debt Management)
Location: Dubai
Position Type: Full-time
Job Summary: The Sales Assistant in a Debt Management company plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by engaging with potential clients, managing inquiries, and assisting with the conversion of leads into clients. You will work closely with clients facing financial difficulties and assist them in understanding debt solutions that best fit their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a passion for helping individuals achieve financial stability.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of debt management processes and regulations is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and listening.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction:
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking debt management solutions.
  • Answer calls and emails, providing information about the company’s debt management services.
  • Guide clients through the initial stages of the debt management process, explaining the services available and gathering necessary information.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Qualify and process inbound leads, identifying the potential needs of the client.
  • Schedule consultations for potential clients with the sales team or financial advisers.
  • Assist in the follow-up of leads that have shown interest but have not yet committed to a solution.
  • Document Management:
  • Collect and maintain accurate records of client interactions and data in the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure all relevant client documents and information are up to date and accessible for the sales and financial advisory teams.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and organize presentations and sales materials for client consultations.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of client reports, contracts, and financial documents.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as coordinating meetings, client outreach, and correspondence.
  • Compliance and Customer Care:
  • Ensure all communication with clients adheres to regulatory standards and best practices in debt management.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client information.
  • Assist clients by providing empathetic support and answering any queries they may have about their financial situation.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates on client interactions and lead conversion progress.
  • Support ongoing training and development efforts within the team.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Keep up to date with the latest debt management products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on various debt relief services, such as debt consolidation, settlement, and management plans.
