Description:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:15am-5:00pm, 8 hours a day
- Primarily based at the Ferntree Gully office
- $32.01 per hour
Your role as a Customer Service Officer will be to contribute to the provision of high quality, efficient and effective health services to customers and staff through customer service, clerical and administrative support.
Your days will be fast paced and include;
- Working collaboratively with staff to provide an efficient and effective service to customers accessing this service
- Contributing positively to the high functioning team dynamic CSO Team
- Collaborating across all programs to ensure effective management of customer and service needs
- Providing support and assistance to fellow team members and Team Coordinator
- Ensure public enquiries are responded to with accurate information about EACH services and programs, or re-directed to the most appropriate staff member, referral, or intake team

Responsibilities:
- Frontline, customer service and administration experience
- Experience in a public or private Dental, Medical or Hospital setting is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people including co-workers, customers, and other health professionals, including a high level of written and verbal presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, negotiate and resolve issues supported by sound decision making skills
- Commitment to customer focus, innovation, continuous improvement, flexibility, and opennes
