Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Customer Service Officers in Elective Admissions have a multi-faceted role. Front of house functions include meet & greet of patients, admission of patients into GV Health and reception duties. Back of house functions with roles covering waiting list data entry, auditing of the waiting list in line with Planned Surgery Access Policy from Department of Health and Human Services and history prepping.

Successful candidate will have:

  • Someone with experience working with computers, including data entry accuracy and Microsoft applications
  • Someone with previous experience working in a customer service role
  • Someone with experience in a health care setting and ideally knowledge of medical terminology
