Overview Customer Service Officer – ERP Support - 12 Month Contract Location: Capellen, LuxembourgContract: 15 months, Full-time Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent (or near) in French?We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer - ERP Support to join our team at our Manufacturing plant in Capellen, Luxembourg on an 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting customer service demands, and administrative operations, ensuring smooth data management, accurate documentation to our customers. If you have a strong administrative background, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with data and logistics, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities Responsibilities• Provide temporary support during new ERP migration, focusing on support for the Customer Service Department. • Customer order preparation and processing. Transmitting order confirmations. Support with customer portal - downloading orders and confirmations. Support with customer consignment order preparation Clean & Maintain customer order book updates. Qualifications Proven administrative or assistant experience, ideally in industrial environment Organize and prioritize work and make appropriate decisions. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with both internal and external customers Fluent in French and English(both written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP systems Ability to be a team player and work in a demanding environment Why Join Us?
