Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager the incumbent will provide customer service, via emails and phone, aligned to the company’s business and strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle engagement with customers over phone calls and emails.
  • Resolve customer service-related issues efficiently and effectively, with appropriate actions plans, in accordance to company’s procedures and policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in enquiries, preparation of quotations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless responses to customers and thorough follow-through with customers.
  • Contribute ideas to better serve customers and improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication, coordination and people skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in customer service and / or frontline roles.
  • Fresh school leavers with commitment to career advancement are welcome to apply.
