Job Description

  • Arrange Import/Export Documentation & Processes
  • Prepare Shipping documentation (Import/ LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading / FTA Agreement)
  • Provide customer support for shipments and advise various country customary rules and regulations; provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
  • To co-ordinate with warehouse team for export/import shipment preparation (i.e. cargo pick up, shipping marks, barcode labelling)
  • Handling customer enquires or complaints
  • Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
  • Prepare Profit and loss for each shipment.
  • Liaise and maintain good relations with agents and shipping companies.
  • Other Administrative and ad-hoc duties if required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
