Job Description
1. Answer customer calls and assist customers in handling abnormal order
2. Actively check the goods and complete the order signing
3. Track the abnormality of the outbound goods and complete the abnormal handling, including the damage and loss of the goods
4. Responsible for handling various abnormal complaints from customers and assisting in solving them
5. Dedicated person to handle exceptions sent by customers from time to time and assist in completing customer responses
6. Assist the warehouse to complete the order for operation errors and follow up the processing
7. The customer did not receive the return order after signing, assist the outlet to find and solve it(Local Account)
