    Qualifications

We’re looking for someone ready to jump in, work closely with a supportive team, and confidently engage with customers — both in person and over the phone.

  • Previous experience in the transport industry is a plus, but not essential — we welcome those eager to learn and grow in a new career path
  • Commitment to the Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:06pm roster
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with the MS Office suite & Data Entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication with a people-first approach
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
  • A knack for staying organized and prioritizing tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy under pressure
