BENEFITS SUMMARY

• This is a full-time permanent role

• Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,400 (Commensurate with experience) +AWS + Variable Bonuses
• Work location: Boon Lay (4 bus stops away from Boon Lay Bus Interchange)
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (One Offday on Weekday & One on Sunday, PH Off)

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 1 yr of customer service work experience
• Can work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Generate daily customer’s order and ensure delivery is met
• Sorting of invoices, issuance of debit and credit notes
• Work closely with internal & external customers to ensure all invoices are properly collated for timely submission to internal/ external portal
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with both internal and external customers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
