  • Provide front-line support to salespersons and clients at the customer service or reception counter.
  • Handle document processing, commission collections (via cash, cheque, or online payment), merchandise sales, and operate the POS system and office equipment (e.g., NETS/credit card terminals, copiers, and computer terminals in the shared workspace).
  • Perform data entry using internal systems (REMSPlus2, Admin Module, e-Submission) and external platforms (IRAS, HDB, CEA).
  • Manage walk-in customers, respond to emails, and handle telephone enquiries professionally.
  • Handle mail duties, including franking and depositing mail at SingPost, and distributing incoming correspondence.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the office, including meeting and training rooms.Support other administrative or operational tasks as assigned on an ad hoc basis.

  • **Mon – Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm OR 9:00am – 6:00pm OR 9:30am – 6:30 pm OR 10:00am – 7:00pm) Must be open to rotating shifts
