THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is adaptable and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality work. Based at our client office at Armidale NSW, your key focus will be to provide efficient print and administrative services, while ensuring superior customer service. Please Note: this is a 12‑month max term parental leave cover role and is 100% onsite, working 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, five days per week, based in Armidale, NSW. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high‑quality customer service by building trusted relationships and acting as the first point of contact for customer requests and enquiries.  * Ensure all work is completed to FBAU quality standards and within agreed service levels and timeframes.  * Coordinate and prioritise customer requests in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment to meet changing demands.  * Proactively identify efficient, cost‑effective solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.  * Manage customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.  * Support operational performance through effective workflow management, accurate reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
