REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum qualification: GCE ‘N’ Level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in cashiering duties.
  • Skilled in utilizing data to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Previous experience in a front-line role within the payment industry is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently and accurately handle over-the-counter transactions.
  • Provide general KYC support, including managing the account opening process and collaborating with the compliance team for customer documentation collection.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a seamless account opening experience.
  • Conduct basic front-line AML assessments and KYC reviews for both new and existing customers, following normal and enhanced due diligence standards in line with AML policies.
  • Manage customer wait times to maintain high service levels and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, minimizing any negative impact.
