Responsibilities:
Assist Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone and email.
Problem Resolution: Liaise with customers and principal’s , provide solutions, and coordinate with our expert technicians for efficient resolution.
Order Processing: Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery of services.
Maintain Customer Database: Update customer information, service history, and interactions in our CRM system for effective customer relationship management.
Handle Complaints: Address customer complaints with empathy and strive to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Requirements: Applicants in eastern suburbs preffered.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
Empathy and Patience: Show empathy towards customers’ concerns and exercise patience during challenging situations.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service or related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
