IMP Electronics Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join their Sales team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for assisting customers, preparing quotes, processing orders, and supporting internal teams across sales, logistics, and administration. You’ll work closely with the Adelaide office and liaise with the company’s international manufacturing partners — gaining valuable exposure to both local operations and global coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations
  • Process customer orders and follow up to ensure smooth delivery
  • Communicate with internal departments and overseas teams to track and manage order progress
  • Assist with sales reporting and follow up on leads and customer enquiries
  • Maintain internal systems with accurate, up-to-date information
  • Participate in quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
