Applications are invited for the position of Customer Service Officer, based at Council’s Administration Centre. The successful applicant shall ensure the provision of high-quality customer service to all customers seeking to do business with Council. The Customer Service Officer is one of Council’s first and most important contact persons with the public and should be aware of the responsibility of promoting Council as an efficient and effective organisation.
