REQUIREMENTS:

• At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years working experience in sales support
• Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
• Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavender)

• Indoor sales to handle overseas customers
• Have great interest to communicate with customers and to promote company’s products
• Able to cold call and build potential customers from overseas
• Handle customers’ enquiries and/or complaints,
• Perform sales reservations, prepare customers’ sales quotations, and Proforma invoice
• Understanding processing order through JDE system
• Follow up on all sales related issues: e.g. quotations, sales order, shipment and payment
• Process orders through JDE system and liaise with internal departments to expedite sales ordersPerform sales support and other ad-hoc administrative duties
