REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must have a Diploma certificate in any field
  • Driving Licence Class 3 with at least 3 years of driving experience
  • Experience in automotive industry is an advantage
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with other colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, willing to learn and meticulous in details
  • Proactive, resourceful and service-oriented
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in a small company environment
Responsibilities
  • To perform front line customer service and reception duties to ensure customer is attended to and satisfied with our service level
  • To build and maintain strong customer service standards and working relationship with our stakeholders in accordance to company’s established customer service standards
  • Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources, for example customer enquiry on office’s location, hours of operation technical enquiries.
  • Take initiative to solve inquiries or problems faced by the customers to the best of their abilities even when it is not your area of expertise
  • Resolves any complaint or dispute in a manner that protects the interest of the company and maintain a positive customer relation
  • Assist by ensuring that vehicles are in good and decent condition at point of delivery and on return to company by carrying out maintenance checks and attend to minor vehicle repairs
  • Ensure that all work are performed safely and in accordance to company’s policy
  • Assist in all administrative activities of the organisation so that administrative services, staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
