KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS

  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client concerns proactively.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Service officer (Female) will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring seamless communication, effective issue resolution, and exceptional service for engineering and architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have an educational background in architecture or engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a project management or consultancy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to engineering and architectural projects, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to provide accurate updates and technical clarifications.
  • Translate complex technical details into client-friendly explanations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and project milestones.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, progress reports, and technical correspondence.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify concerns early, and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
  • Escalate complex technical or contractual matters promptly to senior staff while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to improving client service processes and workflows.
