To help us spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team, reporting to our Customer Service Manager. You will be responsible for the processing of incoming orders received via EDI, email and allocated seasonal orders.
In this role, you’ll be the vital link that ensures seamless collaboration between our Sales and Finance teams and our customers. You’ll serve as the case management expert, skilfully resolving customer order challenges and addressing pricing inquiries, playing a crucial role in the cohesion of our diverse team.
