CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Nelson Wine Co is a market leading fine wine distributor, with a particular focus on the Victorian, NSW and SA on-premise market. Our Portfolio’s are made up of iconic Australian, New Zealand & European brands.
We have a temporary(6 - 12 month) part time position available for maternity leave coverage for an experienced and passionate Data Entry Customer Service professional. You would become an integral member of our Head Office team.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be an excellent communicator and multi tasker who thrives in a fast paced deadline environment. Experience in a call centre with some stock control and wine industry knowledge is highly advantageous.

Your responsibilities include the following

  • Process a high volume of customer phone and email orders with speed and accuracy
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage delivery issues and product discrepancies.
  • Liaise daily with the warehouse to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Process credits, action stock returns and clarify pricing requests for customers.
  • Provide support to customers about products.
  • Liaise daily with Sales Representatives to ensure orders are correct.
  • Adhoc Administrative support.
  • Part time applicant must have the flexibility to extend to full time in peak periods and cover full time staff on annual leave
